It’s common sense that the fastest way to travel between two points is in a straight line, right?

But, if you look at the image below, you’ll see that it’s not always true.

According to the TV show Mythbusters, there’s a strange phenomenon where an object will actually travel faster along a curve than in a straight line.

It’s called a brachistochrone curve.

This is the same as success in eCommerce because it’s not a straight line either. There are lots of wrong turns and dead ends. But with the right help you can shortcut it.
