When we all finally get back to flying regularly, here’s some advice to keep in mind.

A Flight attendant, from the US recently claimed that the water tanks used for hot tanks on planes are disgusting.

She said they are beside the toilets onboard but they are never cleaned, so you should think twice before ordering a tea or coffee.

Is what she says true? Who knows…

But I imagine if you stick with airlines that have a strong customer service focus, you’ll probably be okay.

In fact, great customer service is something I look for whenever I’m dealing with any company…
