I’m not really tech- savvy, but I’ve learned a hell of a lot this year about the opportunity. Enjoy the challenge. The hardest thing I find is that your confidence is sort of tied to your sales.

Etsy [inaudible] and I’m still finding Amazon a bit of a maze, but I’m working my way through. The team’s always helpful, answer any questions. They’re really good. I’ve learned so much. It’s just wonderful. I feel like I’ve come a long way, but I know I still have a long way to go.
